What would you do if you won the lottery?

We’ve all thought about it right?!

It would be so difficult to keep quiet.

Oh I’ve been training my whole life for this question.

If I won a million dollars, first of all I would not tell a soul. I would simply begin behaving slightly unhinged with confidence.

I’d:
• Pay off my bills like a responsible adult for exactly 7 minutes
• Immediately buy something wildly unnecessary but emotionally essential (like a couch that judges guests or a pair of sunglasses that scream “I know my worth”)
• Upgrade my life just enough that people say, “Did something happen?” and I say, “No, why?”

Then:
• I’d invest some of it so future-me doesn’t hate present-me
• Set aside a “petty fund” strictly for moments when someone underestimates me
• Travel in a way that confuses TSA but delights my soul

I would absolutely:
• Keep working, but now with zero tolerance and a mysterious glow
• Say things like, “Oh, I don’t really need this job,” even if I absolutely do
• Tip aggressively, because that’s how you know someone’s doing well emotionally

And lastly, I’d spend the rest of my life reminding people:

“I didn’t change… I just finally became who I was always meant to be.”
